Hell Families,

I hope everyone is doing well. I got some more details today that will let us form a plan for Saturday. Here is everything you all need to know.

Info for Everyone

• Address: The facility address is 5400 Old Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY 41015.
• Parking: The Campus Map can be found HERE, and will have info about parking & entrances into the facility.
• Facility Entrance: Athletes and Spectators will enter on different sides of the building (see the campus map linked above). Please drop your kids off near the Athlete Entrance so they do not have to walk in the cold.
• Tickets: I have not seen a ticket link yet, but I will send it as soon as we have one. Last year, spectators purchased tickets online, and then waited in line outside the facility until the facility was opened to spectators. 
• Suit Up: Everyone will need to bring their fastest suit to the meet.
• Snacks: We will have some snacks available for the kids. If there is something specific your kid needs, please bring it.

Boys Session (Morning)

• Doors Open For Athletes - 8:30a (you don't have to be there that early).
• Swimmers Arrive - No later than 9:30a. Our swimmers on the medley relay (the kids know if they are on it) will most likely need to warm up in their tech suits. If they need extra time to do that before our warm up, arrive earlier than 9:30a.
• Doors Open for Spectators - 9:30a
• Warm Up - 9:54a
• End of Warm Up - 10:21a
• Meet Starts - 10:30a
• Meet Ends - Approx. 12:56p

Girls Session (Afternoon)

• Doors Open For Athletes - 2:00p (you don't have to be there that early).
• Swimmers Arrive - No later than 3:00p. Our swimmers on the medley relay (the kids know if they are on it) will most likely need to warm up in their tech suits. If they need extra time to do that before our warm up, arrive earlier than 3:00p.
• Doors Open for Spectators - 3:00p
• Warm Up - 3:24p
• End of Warm Up - 3:51p
• Meet Starts - 4:00p
• Meet Ends - Approx. 6:26p
