Hello Families,

I hope everyone is doing well and staying warm. While we don't have much going on, there are a couple of things I want to go over.

Next Practice (2/1)

Assuming the weather cooperates, our next practice will be on Sunday, February 1st. This is for our Semi-State Swimmers and State Diver ONLY. Both Swim & Dive will practice from 5p-6p. 

Team Banquet (2/22)

We will be having our team banquet on Sunday, February 22nd starting at 5:30p. All team members and their families are invited to attend and celebrate a great season of Lafayette Swim & Dive! Please CLICK HERE to RSVP.

Semi-State Roster

Unfortunately, we do not know who will be joining us for Semi-State swim just yet. Region 7 has not competed yet, so we do not know what the cutoff times will be. I believe we will know by Saturday at the latest. We will let you know ASAP who we are bringing so you can make preparations to send your kid to practice on 2/1.

NTI Days/School Work

With today and tomorrow being NTI Days, I wanted to remind our parents to encourage their kids to stay up-to-date on their school work. Being ineligible due to academics is something I have no say in; if the school says your kid is ineligible, there's nothing I can do. With it being the beginning of the semester, 1 or 2 missing assignments can tank a student's GPA. Please tell your kids to do ALL of their work. Reminder that NTI assignments are due 3 days after kids go back to campus, but I know our kids are good students and will have their work completed and turned in as soon as they are back in-person.
