Hello Families,

I hope everyone is doing well. I first want to thank everyone who has donated an item for the Fayette County Championships next Saturday, we really appreciate it. I have heard some common questions from our parents about the meet and I wanted to address those below.

• Can I still sign my kid up for the meet?
  • Yes, we pushed back the attendance deadline to this Sunday (11/9) at 5p. CLICK HERE to sign up.
• What time do we need to arrive?
  • The dive meet will happen first, followed by the swim meet. Divers will need to arrive right at 8a when the facility opens. For swim, we will be in the first warm up session and we ask everyone to arrive by 9a.
• Can I volunteer at the meet?
  • Yes. As of now, we have filled all but 1 of our volunteer spots. However, we could add a few positions depending on our number of athletes attending. Volunteers at the meet will receive free admission. CLICK HERE to sign up as a volunteer at the meet.
• What is Admission for the meet?
  • Admission is $13 + fees for Adults, and $5 + fees for Students 18 & Under. Tickets are on sale now via GoFan and can be found HERE (volunteers do not need to purchase tickets). Be sure to purchase the correct ticket. We have had people in the past purchase the wrong ticket (example: adult purchases student ticket). There will be no refund in that situation and you would have to buy the correct ticket to gain entry.
• For Swimmers: Should I wear a tech suit?
  • Ultimately, the choice is yours. This meet is USA Swimming Observed (times will count for club) and we are competing in a fast pool with great competition. Whatever you decide, let's just be 100% committed to the decision. Happy to discuss with your swimmers before next Saturday as well.
