Hello Families,

I hope everyone is doing well. We have a busy couple of weeks before Thanksgiving, so please read this email to stay up-to-date with all of our upcoming events.

Upcoming Events

• Fayette County Championships
  • THIS SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 16th
  • Champions Hall at Centre College (700 Russell Street, Danville, KY).
  • Swim & Dive (Dive will be first, followed by Swim)
  • Apparel
    • We will have team t-shirts, bag tags, and caps bagged up by family. Once your kid enters the facility, we will have a table set up in the lobby where kids can pick up their stuff.
  • Dive Schedule
    • Arrive- 8:00a
    • Warm Up- 8:10a
    • Meet Begins- 9:00a
    • Meet Ends- Approx. 10:45a
  • Swim Schedule
    • Arrive- 9:00a
    • Warm Up- 9:15a
    • Meet Begins- 11:00a
    • Meet Ends- Approx. 2:30p
  • Volunteers
    • We are in need of some volunteers during the swim session. You will receive free admission and hospitality if you agree to volunteer. If you are interested, please CLICK HERE to sign up.
  • Tickets/Meet Program
    • I will send the meet program out later this week when it is completed
    • If you are not volunteering at the meet, you will need to purchase a ticket to gain entry into the facility. Tickets can be purchased by CLICKING HERE.
  • Extra Info

• Picture Day
  • Sunday, November 17th during practice time (5p-7p)
  • Please arrive by 4:45p so we can start lining up people. We want to begin pictures right at 5p.
  • Transy
  • Wear Team T-Shirt (we should have them by then), jeans, and closed toed shoes.
  • Seniors (mandatory), and anyone that will purchase individual shots that may want in-suit/on deck shots, please bring a team or dark/neutral colored suit, your cap, and goggles as well.
